Prepaid vouchers are offered and sold by the Participating Restaurant, NOT by TheFork. A "Participating Restaurant" is a restaurant that is: (a) a partner restaurant of TheFork and that offers prepaid vouchers; or (b) a restaurant that is not a partner restaurant of TheFork and that has provided or allowed its own website, social media pages, and prepaid voucher information to be included in TheFork’s prepaid voucher marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheFork will have no liability or responsibility for any amounts you pay to, or are charged by, the Participating Restaurant, or any related disputes.

All payments are between you and the Participating Restaurant directly, and are processed by Stripe. TheFork is not a party to the transaction. TheFork is charging no fees and receives no commission for the transaction.

Your card will be charged now for the full amount of your prepaid voucher value. First your receipt, then your voucher code will be sent to the email address you provided during the payment process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, your prepaid voucher is final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except at the discretion of the restaurant (contact the restaurant for more information).

The restaurant may cancel any transaction it reasonably believes is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.
